To be eligible for a refund:

Products must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date

Items must be unused or gently tested

Return shipping is at your expense

We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t refund items lost in transit
To arrange a return, simply email us at hello@wildeskincare.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Damaged Goods
We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
To receive a replacement or refund:

Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll replace the product or issue a refund once we receive the damaged goods
Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed.
