We want you to love your Wilde Skincare products — but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding shipping costs). No awkward forms or hoops to jump through.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date

  • Items must be unused or gently tested

  • Return shipping is at your expense

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t refund items lost in transit

To arrange a return, simply email us at hello@wildeskincare.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.


Damaged Goods

We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

To receive a replacement or refund:

  • Email hello@wildeskincare.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • We’ll replace the product or issue a refund once we receive the damaged goods

Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed.
